| You can place your order by email, phone or fax (34 943 640555). Please indicate the name and reference number of the paper and the form of payment you prefer. When we receive your order we will send you by email or fax a pro-forma invoice which reflects the total cost of the order. As soon as we receive your approval of the operation, and the payment details, we ship the order. If you have doubts or questions about your order, don't hesitate con consult us by email, phone or fax. We'll be happy to discuss your own special needs with you. |

Paperki accepts the following forms of payment:

| Shipment |
| Shipment is via DHL, UPS or Fed Ex. Delivery times for European or North American delivery are usually under a week. Delivery to Asia and South America can take two weeks or more. The cost of shipping prints will be charged to the buyer, who will enjoy a period of 48 hours after delivery to notify Paperki by email or fax of any irregularity. In case of notification of damage or dissatisfaction during this two-day period the cost of the work will be refunded as soon as the work is returned. Once this two-day period has transpired, Paperki will not admit refunds. |
